There have been a couple of deals for the iPhone 5c this year. It’s no secret that Apple is really trying to move these devices so big stores like Best Buy, Target, and Walmart have promoted some pretty decent deals this week.
At the higher end, Target has the iPhone 5 model out for $50 with a two year contract. Buyers will also get a $50 Target gift card. Originally Walmart was pushing the iPhone 5c for $50, but dropped it to $27 for a two year contract from AT&T or Verizon.
The better deal of the weekend comes from Best Buy who are putting the phone out for $1 if buyers trade in a working smartphone and pick up a two year contract. The phone being traded in can’t have screen cracks or water damage; it must be ready to sell, basically.
If the phone is worth more than guaranteed credit, buyers will get the difference in a Best Buy gift card.
From Apple’s store, the iPhone 5c still sells for $100. The iPhone 5s model current outsells the iPhone 5c.
