2012 AFC U-16 Championship Tehran South Korea and North Korea Won

South Korea and North Korea were two winners in the fourth day of 2012 AFC U-16 Championship in Tehran.

In the most important game, South Korea defeated Japan at Shahid Dastgerdi Stadium. Hwang Hee-Chan on 13′, Choi Ju-Yong on 42′ and Ko Min-Hyeok on 89′ scored three goals for South Korea. Japanese Ogawa scored the only goal for his side on 23′. Mohamed Al Zarouni the referee of the match didn’t show any cards to players. The head coach of South Korea said Saudi Arabia doesn’t have any chance to qualify for the next round and North Korea or Japan will fight for the promotion. Japanese head coach said his players will do their bests against North Korea.

The second match between India and Syria didn’t have any goals. However the head coach of India, Colm Toal, was happy with the result because they still have the chance to qualify for the next round. On the other hand Syria coach Muhannad Alfakeer was sad on the result.

Saudi Arabia and North Korea kicked off the third game today. Ri Ryong and Ri Kwang-Song scored two goals for North Korea and Al-Qhtani scored the only goal for Saudi Arabia. The head coach of DPR Korea said Saudi Arabia performed very well. He also said his players will do better in the next games.

The game between China PR and Uzbekistan finished with two goals but it didn’t have any winner.
