South Korea, Japan and Uzbekistan were three winners in the second day of 2012 AFC U-16 Championship. Syria held China PR with a draw result of 1-1.
In today’s first match, South Korea thrashed their arch-rival North Korea with a hat-trick by Hwang Hee-Chan on 18′, 58′ and 67′. The game held on Tehran’s Shahid Dastgerdi Stadium and Yadollah Jahanbazi from Iran was the referee of this match. He showed four yellow cards. This match attracted more than 300 attendees.
Uzbekistan defeated India in a close game. Rai scored two goals for India on 47′ and 71′. Odilov on 8′, Abdullaev on 53′ from penalty spot and Abdiganiyev on 79′ scored three goals for Uzbek side. This match had only 100 spectators but most of them cheered Indians and this support from Iranians pleased them.
Japan was the winner against Saudi Arabia. Sasaki on 44′ and Sugimoto on 56′ scored winning goals for Japan. This important game didn’t receive more than 200 attendees.
The match between Syria and China PR didn’t have any winner. Zhang Yuning scored the first goal for China on 48′ but the late goal scored by Kourdoghli equlised the match.
