Amazon Announces 5 Pilot Shows For Late 2013-Early 2014

Amazon will be launching a few in-house programs for its Amazon Prime Instant Video service. The five programs were voted on by Amazon users. The pilots—which will air between late 2013 and early 2014—feature the likes of a political comedy about four senators living in a house called Alpha House…which stars THE John Goodman (so never mind the premise), Betas which is based around startups, and kids programming in Annebots, Creative Galaxy, and Tumbleleaf.

The success of these shows could see more programs on Instant Video making for more of a selection from Amazon specifically in addition to other programming they offer from networks and studios. The shows will also be available on LoveFilm.
