Demonstrators Demolish a Wall Set up by The Army in Cairo

Dozens of protesters demolited a wall set up by the military on Friday in the center of Cairo near the parliament to put an end to the frequent clashes. The wall has been built in December

The demonstrators, who chanted slogans against the army, used sticks and cables to dismantle the wall located on the main street between the parliament and the Tahrir Square stronghold of the revolution that overthrew President Hosni Mubarak in February 2011.

Police close to the place, but they did not intervene and remained behind barbed wire.
