Bundesliga side Hannover 96 may sign Ali Hamoudi from Iran based club, Esteghlal FC. The president of Esteghlal FC also confirmed the negotiations between two clubs.
Ali Hamoudi expressed his happiness from receiving this offer by saying: “I’m really interested in continuing my career in Germany. I will sign for Hannover if the negotiations pay off. However this transfer may be finalized during the mid season transfer window. I still have contract with Esteghlal FC so their permit is very important for me.”
Ali Fathollahzadeh, the chairman of Esteghlal FC, also confirms the offers received from Hannover 96 and FC Köln. “We have received offers from two Bundesliga sides including Hannover 96 and FC Köln for Ali Hamoudi. We had perfect negotiations with these clubs especially Hannover 96.”
Ali Hamoudi, 26, started his youth career in Esteghlal Ahvaz club and ascended up to the senior squad on 2005. He played 70 times for Esteghlal Ahvaz and scored 3 goals for his side. On 2008, Hamoudi penned a one year deal with Mes Kerman and appeared in 31 matches. He then signed for a two year contract with Foolad. During his spell in Foolad, he appeared 65 times and scored 2 goals. Ali Hamoudi joined Esteghlal FC on 2011. In the last season he played 17 times under the tutelage of Parviz Mazloumi.
