Iran Will Halt Oil Exports to Belgium, Czech Republic and Netherlands if They Don’t Take Action

Iran has stopped oil exports to France and U.K earlier , And may halt crude oil exports to Belgium, Czech Republic and Netherlands soon if they don’t take action and reply to Iran demands .

The Iranian Oil Ministry asked European countries to sign new long term oil contracts with Iran for at least 3-5 years .

Semi-official reports indicate that if Belgium, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands do not meet Iran’s preconditions the Oil Ministry will soon stop selling crude to them .

Countries such as Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, Greece, Spain, Belgium and the Czech Republic should meet with these new conditions if they are interested in buying crude oil from Iran .

This was one of the Iranian reactions to EU and U.S. sanctions . According to estimates , Stopping oil exports to these countries will increase the price of each barrel of oil .
