Killing One Person And Wounding 65 Others in Clashes in Egypt

Medical sources said on Saturday that one person was killed and 65 others wounded in clashes between troops and protesters in the Egyptian coastal city of Port Said . Event took place on Friday evening and continued until the early hours of this morning .

One source said the dead man fell shot back injury, although two of the injured also fell wounded by gunfire while the rest were suffocated by the firing of tear gas canisters, witnesses and medics said the army used in the clashes .

Witnesses said the clashes took place in front of the Suez Canal Authority in the city because of the hundreds of protesters was trying to storm the building of the Suez Canal after the imposition sanctions of Egyptian Football Association on Egyptian Club Etihad .

Penalties included depriving the first team of Etihad club to participate in league for two seasons and the prohibition of establishment of matches in the stadium for three years after the worst disaster hit the country’s sports .
