London 2012 Taekwondo Mohammad Bagheri Motamed to Face Servet Tazegul in Men's -68kg Final Match

Iranian Mohammad Bagheri Motamed must face Servet Tazegul of Turkey in final match of men’s -68kg.

Servet Tazegul (23) defeated Mohammad Bagheri Motamed (26) in the decider match of 2011 World Taekwondo Championships. In that tournament Turkish side claimed the gold medal and Iranian taekwondoists took the silver medal. Now after only one year these two athletes should fight for gold medal of London 2012.

Mohammad Bagheri Motamed has previously won gold medals at 2009 World Taekwondo Championships, 2010 Asian Games, 2010 and 2008 Asian Taekwondo Championships and 2007 Summer Universiade. Servet Tazegul has also won gold medals in 2011 World Taekwondo Championships beside 2012, 2010 and 2008 European Taekwondo Championships. Tazegul competed in the men’s 68 kg class at the 2008 Summer Olympics held in Beijing, China and won the bronze medal.
