Earlier in the week AT&T announced its launch plans for the Nokia Lumia 1520. Microsoft just announced its launch plans for the Lumia 1520 with a pre-order campaign.
While most companies do pre-orders with their products and run some sort of promotional campaign around it, Microsoft will be sweetening the pot. For buyers who pre-order the Nokia Lumia 1520, Microsoft will offer $50 app card while Nokia is throwing in a $20 gift card.
On top of the gift cards offered, there’s a free flip cover for the Lumia 1520 which is priced at $40 and Halo: Spartan Assault for free.
Microsoft’s promotional offer is available until November 21 as it ships the following day. The Lumia 1520 sells for $199 and comes in red, black, and white out the gate with yellow being available at a later time.
It might be worth waiting to purchase if you want the yellow one, but you’ve got two weeks if you want to jump on the pre-order and get $70 to spend on in the Microsoft store.
If you’re in the UK and looking for an unlocked Lumia 1520, then Unlocked Mobiles is where you’ll want to look. It’ll run for £594.98 (roughly $951) and will ship November 25.
