After the recent outage experienced by the giant domain registrar, GoDaddy, now Moniker and SnapNames have frustrated their clients by the same problem.
Many customers of Moniker and SnapNames complained about the recent issue and sent messages in Twitter and Facebook. Three hours ago Moniker notified its clients from the problem in their official Facebook page. “Our apologies for the disruption of services currently being experienced by Moniker and SnapNames customers. We are working to correct the issue and will keep you posted as we work on a resolution. Again our sincerest apologies.”
A few minutes ago company announced the normal condition for all the clients. “Moniker and SnapNames services are being brought back up. Please understand that some services may be intermittent as we progress through resolution. Please accept our apologies for the disruption.”
Moniker has not yet published more information on this matter and didn’t point to the details caused the outage. There are more than 1,535,000 domain names registered by Moniker and the global market share of this company is estimated about 1.636%.
