Mohammad Royanian, the president of Persepolis FC, denied interest in services of Reza Enayati. A few days ago local papers reported about the direct negotiation between the officials of Persepolis FC and Enayati’s agents over transferring Reza. Royanian said there were not any secret negotiations between two sides.
“I respect the Iranian footballers but I must confess that there were not any negotiations between Persepolis FC and the people of Reza Enayati. We will negotiate with the authorities of Mes Kerman if we are interested in transferring Reza Enayati to our club.” Mohammad Royanian said. He also added there may be negotiations between Persepolis FC and Mes Kerman in future.
Reza Enayati is also heavily linked with other Tehran based club, Esteghlal FC.
Enayati is the all time top goalscorer in the Iran Pro League. He used to play for Esteghlal FC from 2003 to 2006. In 71 matches he scored 52 goals for Blues. On 2010, he re-joined Esteghlal FC and scored 8 goals in his 10 appearances.
