The Samsung Galaxy Note III has many rumors swirling around it. Most significant is that it could ship a powerful eight core CPU, as an eight core Mali 450 GPU, and a HD Super AMOLED 5.99 inch display—which is interesting as it was originally rumored to be a 6.3 display. It’s less than an inch smaller so it’s not particularly noticeable unlike if it went from say 9 inch to 5.99. The display is said to come with Samsung’s diamond pixel structure and would have a 13 megapixel camera, 3GB of memory, and Android Jelly Bean.
Needless to say that’s quite a bit of umph and razzle dazzle right there. The eight core CPU is said to be Samsung’s own Exynos 5 Octa which debuted at the Consumer Electronics Show 2013. It’s unknown if this CPU will even make it to the U.S. If you asked the eight ball signs would point to “unlikely”, “no”, and “ask again”, and so on.
