Saudi Arabia Plans to Help The Displaced Syrians in Lebanon

The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Lebanon, Ali Asiri, met with the representatives of the Saudi Red Crescent and the Director of the Office of International Islamic Relief Organization of the Kingdom at the Embassy location.

During the meeting, the sides developed an integrated plan to help the displaced Syrians in the Lebanese regions in different aspects of medical, food and housing as well as medical supplies and technology for a number of Lebanese hospitals that provide medical care for the displaced Syrians.

It is worth mentioning that there is a continuous coordination between the embassy and authorities referred to the Relief of Lebanon to implement the plan to bring aid to eligible applicants during the next two weeks.

Saudi Arabia has provided continuous facilities such as food aid and medical care to the displaced Syrians in Lebanon since the beginning of the crisis in Syria.
