The Samsung Galaxy A9 comes with a Super AMOLED 6-inch screen, a 13 megapixel rear camera and the front has an 8 megapixel camera. Under the panel it packs 3GB of RAM, an octa-core Snapdragon processor and a 4,000 mAh battery. As far as space goes, the Galaxy A9 comes with 32GB of storage but can make use of 128GB max.
HTC’s smartphone has more information available. The One X9 has 5.5-inch display, but also comes with a rear 13 megapixel camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. The headset also comes with an octa-core processor (MediaTek), 3000 mAh battery, and 3GB of RAM. It offers a little more wiggle room for users looking to have some heavy storage allowing for 2TB.
There’s nothing to indicate that the Galaxy A9 and HTC One X9 are simply test runs for a later global release, so they will be exclusively for China. Samsung’s offering has yet to be priced, but the HTC One X9 will be available for $370.
