It appears that Motorola’s new phone—the Motorola X—will hit shelves in October with manufacturing of the phone mostly taking place in Fort Worth, Texas. The Motorola X will have many sensors all serving a different function. Two examples are a sensor that can tell when the phone has been removed from a pocket and another to pick up on how fast you’re travelling. Depending on the mode of travel, the phone will react accordingly with its safety features—whatever those could be.

Features such as screen size, processor, and so on weren’t revealed although they have to be fairly impressive if the sensor technology is any indication. Expect to hear more about the Motorola X, what it can do, and what has as the October release nears.
